Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered as promised.
- Technical issues were not resolved within 3 days.
- Billing errors occurred.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 15 days of the purchase date. The condition for refund approval is that the service has not been used.
This condition does not apply when the service is not used due to a technical error.

Conditions and Limitations
